"I absolutely love the design of this crop — it's one of my favourite pieces aesthetically. Unfortunately, one of the straps snapped during a Pilates session. Thankfully, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and promptly sent me a replacement, which I really appreciated. The only other thing I'd note is that the padding feels a little thin for my preference, but overall it's still a lovely piece that I enjoy wearing."

However, the actual fit is completely different, even though both are labelled as size S. This is misleading and customer trust the size guide to make purchasing decisions and this kind of inconsistency shows a clear lack of size standardisation."
