By participating in the Crop Shop Boutique ("CSB") Pilates and CSB Giveaway ("Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Crop Shop Boutique Pty Ltd and Crop Shop Boutique LLC (“CSB” or “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of CSB and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. The recipient cannot be located in a currently embargoed country as per CSB’s Shipping Policy.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on Thursday, 25 September 2025 at 8:30 AM AEST and ends on Tuesday, 30 September 2025 at 8:00 AM AEST ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, you must complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

Multiple entries are allowed; each tagged comment must be unique. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

1 x $500 AUD CSB Gift Card to use on https://au.shopcsb.com/

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected at random via a verified draw.
All winner will be contacted via DM by 30th September 2025.
Winner must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in a redraw.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants:

Agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions
Grant CSB permission to use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law
CSB reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms.
Prizes are awarded at the discretion of CSB and may not be exchanged or substituted

CSB reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including technical issues or fraud.

8. Liability

CSB is not responsible for:

Any technical difficulties that prevent entries from being received
Any delays, losses or miscommunications regarding prize fulfilment
Any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for any part of this Giveaway.
