Valentines Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Crop Shop Boutique ("CSB") Valentines Giveaway ("Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Crop Shop Boutique Pty Ltd and Crop Shop Boutique LLC (“CSB” or “Sponsor”). Prizes have been provided by Strange Luxury, Base Camp Beauty, and For You Collective. Rhode is in no way affiliated with this giveaway, and any Rhode prizes have been independently purchased.


2. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of CSB and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. The recipient cannot be located in a currently embargoed country as per CSB’s Shipping Policy.


3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on  7th February 2026 at 8:30 AM AEST and ends on 13th February 2026 at 8:30 AM AEST ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.


4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, you must complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

  1. Follow @csb on Instagram
  2. Like the official giveaway post
  3. Tag a friend  in the comments of the giveaway post

Multiple entries are allowed; each tagged comment must be unique. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified.


5. Prize

In the event that the Rhode prizes are unavailable, an alternative Rhode prize of equal value will be provided.


6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One winner will be selected at random via a verified draw.
  • The winner will be contacted via DM  by 13th  February  2025.
  • The winner  must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in a redraw.


7. General Conditions

By entering, participants:

  • Agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions
  • Grant CSB permission to use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law
  • CSB reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms
  • Prizes are awarded at the discretion of CSB and may not be exchanged or substituted

CSB reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including technical issues or fraud.


8. Liability

CSB is not responsible for:

  • Any technical difficulties that prevent entries from being received
  • Any delays, losses or miscommunications regarding prize fulfilment
  • Any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings


9. Meta Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram etc.). By entering, you acknowledge that Meta is not responsible for any part of this Giveaway.


10. Privacy

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and future marketing (if opted-in).

Customers who sign up to receive Club Serenity Coming Soon emails are eligible to receive a complimentary gift when spending a minimum of $150 USD  in a single order during the promotional period.

  • The offer may be combined with select discounts or loyalty rewards, provided the $150 USD minimum spend is met
  • To qualify, the complimentary gift must be manually added to cart using the unique discount code, and the minimum spend must be met at checkout
  • One complimentary gift per qualifying order while stocks last and is not transferable
  • If the gift is not correctly added to cart or applied at checkout, any post-purchase adjustments are at CSB’s discretion and may not be approved
  • If items from the original order are returned and the remaining order value falls below the $150 USD minimum spend, the full retail value of the complimentary gift will be charged or deducted from the refund
