"I absolutely love the design of this crop — it's one of my favourite pieces aesthetically. Unfortunately, one of the straps snapped during a Pilates session. Thankfully, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and promptly sent me a replacement, which I really appreciated. The only other thing I'd note is that the padding feels a little thin for my preference, but overall it's still a lovely piece that I enjoy wearing."
"I ordered both of the Serenity Lexi Crop (Espresso) and the Serenity Lexi Support Crop in Size S, based on the exact same size guide. However, the actual fit is completely different, even though both are labelled as size S. This is misleading and customer trust the size guide to make purchasing decisions and this kind of inconsistency shows a clear lack of size standardisation."
"This fits so so bad. The sizing is was way off for a small. Usually get XS from other brands but i knew CSB’s Serenity ran small (according to literally everyone) so I got a medium for my 32C boobs 😭😭 its so bigggggg my God. Im like in shock"

"Super cute but doesn’t fit my body type the best. Got a small and too small. Got a medium and small cup size but loose at the same time. I can work with it but have to wear my ballet wrap top or my under boobs show. If I go any bigger then the fit on the sides will be loose. Serenity material is the best and still is cute even if it doesn’t fit well. I just can’t wear as a bra alone. I am a 32C 5ft tall 25inch waist. Usual size in CSB tops is a small. Small and Medium don’t fit perfectly for this bra."
