"Perfect for high impact like running. Pocket is great for an outdoor run. Very compressive and the waistband is higher than other CSB fabrics. Waistband and fabric give a lot of support, but is not the most comfortable for all day wear or weighted workouts."

These lift the booty nicely as well. They have side pockets! Fabric is very smooth, breathable and have a bit of sheen to them.
