"I received the item which was unfortunately stained but customer service was super prompt & efficient in resolving my issues. They provided a fair & reasonable resolution to my case. I appreciate the sincerity & care they have for clients (esp when I’m based overseas). This definitely deepened my loyalty to this brand, instead of the reverse otherwise in this scenario. The jumper is very cozy and made of organic cotton (fantastic for ladies who are pregnant or have sensitive skin). The knit is airy yet provides adequate warmth. Perfect for post-workout chilly days. The design is slouchy and chic, super comfy to the skin, and fantastic to pair with other CSB tops. It can be a great travel fit too! Love this!"
