When does the early access for Loyalty members for End of Season Sale begin?
Early access for our Loyalty members for the End of Season Edit begins at 4pm PDT and ends 7pm PDT on Monday 8, June.
Can I use my rewards or loyalty points during the End of Season Edit Sale?
Yes! Loyalty members can use their CSB rewards on purchases during the End of Season Edit. However, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers outside of the End of Season Edit unless advised. Usual T&Cs apply with Loyalty Rewards and we recommend checking these for full details.
Can I return or exchange items purchased during The End of Season Edit?
Absolutely! Items purchased during The End of Season Edit are covered by our standard 30-day Returns Policy, with the exception of Final Sale items, which cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items are clearly marked onsite on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached
- Return & handling fees may apply
Please note:
- Refunds are only available to first-time customers on their first order
- Eligible returns from all other customers will be issued as an exchange or store credit
- Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
