IM Leisure Tank Giveaway Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By participating in the Crop Shop Boutique ("CSB") IM Leisure Tank Giveaway ("Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Crop Shop Boutique Pty Ltd and Crop Shop Boutique LLC (collectively referred to as “CSB” or “Sponsor”). All prizes are provided by CSB.


2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees of CSB, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Entrants must not reside in countries subject to shipping restrictions or embargoes as outlined in CSB’s Shipping Policy.


3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 10 April 2026 at 9:00 AM AEST and ends on 16 April 2026 at 5:00 PM AEST (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

  • Post a video on TikTok either reviewing the IM Form Leisure Tank (if owned) or showcasing how you would style the tank (no purchase is required for this method of entry)
  • Tag @csb in the caption of your post 

Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must be a unique video.

Incomplete, duplicate, or automated entries will be disqualified.


5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • All five (5) IM Leisure Tanks in the following colours: Black, Deep Navy, White, Soft Matcha, and Dark Chocolate

If any item is unavailable at the time of prize fulfilment, CSB reserves the right to substitute it with a gift card of equal value.


6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random.
  • The winner will be contacted via TikTok by 17 April 2026.
  • The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.


7. General Conditions

By entering, participants:

  • Agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
  • Grant CSB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use their name, TikTok handle, content, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law

CSB reserves the right to:

  • Verify the validity of entries
  • Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms
  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if necessary due to technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.


8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSB is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues or failures that may prevent entry submission
  • Lost, late, or misdirected entries or communications
  • Delays or issues in prize delivery
  • Any tax liabilities arising from acceptance of the prize


9. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

By entering, participants acknowledge that these platforms bear no responsibility for this promotion.


10. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with CSB’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and, where consent is provided, for future marketing communications.
