At CSB, we want you to love your pieces! If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets our Return Eligibility Requirements.

Return Eligibility Requirements
To be accepted for return, your item(s) must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
Be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder
Be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair
Not be a final sale item
Not be underwear, socks, towels, or drinkware
Swimwear bottoms must have the hygiene sticker intact and untampered
