By participating in the Crop Shop Boutique (“CSB”) Win a $3000 CSB Wardrobe Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Crop Shop Boutique Pty Ltd and Crop Shop Boutique LLC (collectively referred to as “CSB” or “Sponsor”). All prizes are provided by CSB.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees of CSB, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Entrants must not reside in countries subject to shipping restrictions or embargoes as outlined in CSB’s Shipping Policy.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 09 May 2026 at 11:00am EDT and closes on 02 June 2026 at 8:00pm EDT (“Giveaway Period”). 

Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

1. Complete the entry form on the entry page.
2. For an additional entry, entrants can opt in to receive text-messaging marketing from CSB US.

Incomplete, or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

1 Prize worth $3000USD in the form of a CSB Digital Gift Card. 

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random. Announced on 2nd of June 2026, direct contact from info@shopcsb.com.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants:

1. Agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
2. Confirm all information provided is accurate and complete

CSB reserves the right to:

1. Verify the validity of entries
2. Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms
3. Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time if required due to technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSB is not responsible for:

1. Technical issues or failures that may prevent entry submission
2. Lost, late, or misdirected entries or communications
3. Delays or issues relating to prize fulfilment or travel arrangements
4. Any taxes, duties, or additional costs incurred as a result of accepting the prize

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and in accordance with CSB’s Privacy Policy. Where consent is provided, information may also be used for future marketing communications.
