So inlove with the serenity fabric, it’s genuinely the most versatile in my opinion; whether it be strength sessions, running (ALWAYS in CSB serenity shorts, can’t catch me wearing anything else during my runs), pilates. . i could go on! The perfect balance of soft, stretchy and just the right amount of compression to make you feel and look your best. This colour specifically is by far my favourite. The fabric is great and the scrunch is sculpting, but not too obvious, which is a plus for me as I don't enjoy an aggressive scrunch. They do roll up sometimes, if you are curvy through hips/thighs. As a pale girly, I was hesitant on the bright red, but it is so gorgeous and flattering, whether I have a tan or not."
