What are the trading hours?
Our CSB in Miami Pop-Up is open from Saturday May 9th - Tuesday June 2nd.
Our Pop-Up is open the following hours:
Monday: 11am - 8pm
Tuesday: 11am - 8pm
Wednesday: 11am - 8pm
Thursday: 11am - 8pm
Friday: 11am - 8pm
Saturday: 11am - 8pm

Will there be parking available?

What payment methods will be available?
Shop with confidence with EFTPOS or a CSB gift card. We are unable to accept cash at the store so please ensure to bring your EFTPOS or credit card, or use your Apple or Google pay at the counter.
Can I redeem my CSB Rewards at the Pop-Up?
CSB Rewards members can redeem points for exclusive discounts. We recommend signing up here to access your unique barcode, ready to scan when you get to the counter and easily match your purchase with your name and email address to redeem and earn CSB points.
What is the Returns Policy?
Customers who make a purchase at the CSB in Miami Pop-Up have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for refund, exchange or store credit.
- Store Credit or Exchange: Return shipping is free when opting for store credit or an exchange. A prepaid return label will be provided.
- Refund: Customers requesting a refund through our online returns portal will incur a $10 USD return fee. A prepaid return label will be provided.
In-Store Returns: All returns made in person at the CSB in Miami Pop-Up are eligible for a refund. Please note, this is for CSB in Miami Pop-Up purchases only and all items must meet return requirements.
Can I try on items in-store?
Yes of course, we will have 6 fitting rooms available for you to use.

Open exclusively to customers shopping at the CSB Miami Pop Up Store.
Promotion valid from 3:00PM to 8:00PM EDT on Saturday, 30 May 2026.
Customers must provide the same email address connected to their loyalty account at the time of purchase to be eligible.
One winning order will be selected at random for every hour during the promotion period.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Winners will be contacted on Monday, 1 June 2026.
Purchases made without a linked loyalty account email will not be eligible.
Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
